While in high school, I worked in Fukuoka for about 5 years, and after moving to Tokyo in 2005, I worked for about 6 years in customer service at restaurants in the city.
It was through meeting customers in the service industry that I became interested in law. I obtained the qualification for Real Estate Transaction Specialist in 2009, and later passed the Administrative Scrivener Examination in 2012. Over the next decade, I mainly handled divorce and inheritance-related matters, utilizing my communication skills developed in customer service to carefully observe the client's situation and always think about "what the client needs" while performing my duties.
I believe that any difficulty is temporary in the long span of life, and happiness will eventually come, but taking all the necessary actions and carrying them out on your own can be very challenging.
I believe that without the support of my friends and those around me, I would not have been able to work as a certified administrative procedures legal specialist. I would be grateful for the opportunity to assist clients in achieving their hopes, such as "overcoming difficulties."
I strive to actively communicate, respond quickly to inquiries, visit relevant places with a flexible attitude, and keep reporting and consulting to ensure results in my work.
