After we receive your reservation, we will inform you of the documents you need to bring on the day of the consultation and arrange the date and time of the legal consultation. SAKURA Law Office also accepts legal consultations on weekends, holidays, and at night.

In addition, during legal consultations, we will carefully explain the attorney's fees and other costs that will be incurred when you request a lawyer.

Request for incident

When you request a case, we will prepare a power of attorney and a mandate agreement. In addition, when you request a case, you will be required to pay an initial fee (a portion of the attorney's fees paid to the lawyer to handle the case). SAKURA Law Office also accepts calculation of fees based on the time-charging method (the lawyer's fees are calculated by multiplying the time required by the lawyer to handle the case by the lawyer's hourly rate).
