BAO TRAN QUOC is the Managing Partner of Pantheon Law and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. With over 15 years of experience advising multinational corporations, he has provided a wide range of legal and advisory services to both international and Vietnamese companies, focusing on corporate restructuring, technology, and risk management. His work also extends to supporting sustainable production, responsible supply chain development, and compliance with EU sustainability requirements for export markets.

As one of the early graduates of ESG master’s programs in Vietnam, he has been actively involved in shaping sustainable business strategies. He has extensive experience in managing ESG-related risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with international standards, and advising across diverse sectors including energy, manufacturing, real estate, and construction.

For manufacturing companies, he has supported the development of ESG risk management strategies to strengthen exports to the EU market. For technology companies, he has advised on the establishment of comprehensive ESG policies that ensure compliance with global standards, enable sustainability reporting, and effectively mitigate risks.

As Managing Partner of Pantheon Law and an ESG expert, he is highly regarded for his lectures and advisory work on sustainability governance, particularly in the field of sustainable manufacturing for both corporations and SMEs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics (2002) from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, a Bachelor of Laws (2003) from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing and Accounting (2008) from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism (2014) from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. In 2025, he obtained a Master’s degree in ESG from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
