In today’s increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment, the role of legal professionals extends beyond traditional advisory functions to ensuring fairness, transparency, and effective enforcement of legal systems.

I believe that legal professionals must combine strong legal expertise with practical judgment to deliver solutions that are both legally sound and aligned with the realities of each case. Bridging the gap between legal theory and practical application while upholding professional ethics is essential in modern legal practice.

With over 30 years of professional experience, I have been engaged in prosecution, legal education, and legal advisory services. During my tenure in the Procuracy sector for more than 15 years, I was directly involved in criminal and judicial processes, gaining deep insight into legal procedures, evidentiary standards, and law enforcement practices.

I have also contributed to legal education as a lecturer under institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Public Security and the Hanoi Procuracy system, participating in the development of legal professionals.

Currently, as a member of the Hanoi Bar Association and a Senior Legal Consultant at Anh Consulting & Auditing Company Limited (ACAC), I provide advisory services in criminal, civil, economic, land, and administrative law.

My areas of expertise include criminal law, civil law, economic law, land law, administrative law, dispute resolution, compliance advisory, judicial procedures, evidentiary assessment, and legal training.

Throughout my career, I have upheld integrity, objectivity, and responsibility as core principles, striving to provide practical and effective legal solutions.

At ACAC, I contribute to integrated advisory services combining legal, financial, and regulatory perspectives, supporting clients in informed decision-making and strengthening their legal foundations.
