In today’s rapidly evolving global environment, the role of professionals working at the intersection of business, policy, and social development has become increasingly important.

Organizations are expected to contribute not only to economic performance but also to social progress, environmental sustainability, and inclusive development. I believe professionals in ESG and social business must act as bridges between governments, enterprises, and civil society.

With over three decades of experience, I have worked across academia, international development, corporate leadership, and social enterprise sectors.

Currently, I serve as Executive Director of the Yunus Center at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), leading initiatives in social business, policy innovation, and capacity building.

I have also worked with global institutions such as the World Bank, UNDP, UNIDO, ILO, GTZ, and CIDA, contributing to policy design, institutional development, and transformation programs.

My experience includes corporate leadership at Saga Sports and social impact work with organizations such as Fair Trade Pakistan and Save the Children UK.

My expertise includes social business, ESG, organizational transformation, policy strategy, and capacity building.

I believe sustainable progress is achieved through the integration of economic viability, social impact, and ethical leadership.
