Watcharin Kedsawapitak is the Managing Partner of Siam International Legal Advisors Ltd. (SILA LAW OFFICE). He advises companies and investors in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and complex business transactions involving both public and private entities.

He regularly assists clients with business planning, capital structuring, shareholder agreements, employment and non-competition arrangements, licensing matters, stock option and compensation schemes, seed and venture capital financings, private placements, initial public offerings, follow-on equity and debt offerings, privatizations, and other strategic transactions.

Prior to joining SILA LAW OFFICE, Watcharin worked with Tilleke & Gibbins, Blumenthal Richter & Sumet, Wissen & Co., Ltd., and Ployprathip International Law Office.

Representative Matters
  • Advised ISPs and telecommunications operators on regulatory compliance, including coordination with the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) and preparation of telecommunication business license applications.
  • Handled comprehensive corporate matters including incorporation, corporate maintenance, restructuring, dissolution, and liquidation.
  • Drafted and reviewed contracts for clients in the automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and related industries, particularly in connection with consumer protection laws and consumer litigation procedures.
  • Drafted and reviewed property-related agreements including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, superficies agreements, MOUs, and conducted property conveyances.
  • Prepared patent specifications and claims, and handled patent examination and filing procedures.
  • Managed trademark registration applications and related trademark law matters.
  • Represented investors and EPC contractors in negotiating commercial and legal terms with contractors and vendors.
